Elisabeth Meze is a former climate change researcher and passionate about encouraging people to turn to less resource-consumption lifestyles. At her previous occupation as Head of Citizen’s Participation at the City of Innsbruck, she could realise successful projects from creating sustainable living models for social housings to developing a 3-months festival in the first climate fit park. Now working for Urban Future and the EU-project JUST STREETS, Elisabeth is advocating for a fair distribution of public space to people, active mobility and nature. Additionally, she loves teaching sustainability, energy and facility management at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein.
