Anne-Sofie Gregersen sees the insights from manufacturing as vital to speeding up the sustainability journey. As Group Sustainability Manager at ROCKWOOL, the producer of stone wool solutions, she is passionate about driving the circularity agenda. ROCKWOOL’s products are designed to tackle many modern sustainability and development challenges, including energy consumption, noise pollution, and water scarcity or flooding. Working with circularity in a global company, it’s Anne-Sofie’s responsibility to position the company as a thought leader across sustainability topics. This incorporates her work for coordinating biodiversity initiatives, recycling and re-using their products, and identifying key insights into the challenges and opportunities for addressing climate change. To do this, she works in the hotspot between public affairs, regulatory affairs, and communication – all of which are key areas in the drive for a truly circular economy.
