Amy Paterson is Director of Systemiq, the world's leading systems change company. She leads multiple industry initiatives at the intersection of sustainable finance and the built environment, drawing on more than 12 years' experience in the advisory and research fields to develop insights, convene actors, and design solutions that remove systemic barriers to change. She’s also the lead author of Systemiq's ‘Better Finance, Better Built Environment’ report, developed in consultation with 50+ organisations across the urban value chain. This exemplifies her commitment to impactful collaboration, an asset reflected also in Amy’s work on the LOTUF project, in partnership with a large group of real estate asset managers and owners, and Laudes Foundation. For Amy, clarity on the role that the private sector can have, by working together, to drive change is paramount. She believes it just takes courage, coupled with a little evidence, to create a breakthrough.
